MailWorthy legal

Terms of Service

Effective August 13, 2026

These Terms govern your use of MailWorthy, a 1976 Studios service for creating, printing, mailing, and sharing postcard keepsakes.

1. Using MailWorthy

MailWorthy lets you turn photos and social posts into printed postcards, create QR-linked digital keepsakes, and configure recurring mailings. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account, recipient, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Orders, printing, and delivery

Review each proof and mailing address before approving an order. Once a postcard enters production, it may not be changed, canceled, or recalled. Delivery dates and postal tracking are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, missing scans, returned mail, and address errors may occur. We may reject an order that cannot be printed or mailed safely or lawfully.

3. Your content and social accounts

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant MailWorthy a limited license to host, resize, format, print, mail, and display that content only as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have permission to use the content, recipient details, names, trademarks, and linked social posts you provide. Connected social services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

4. Payments, subscriptions, and credits

Prices, taxes, billing intervals, and included postcard credits are shown at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases. For subscriptions, price changes will apply only after any notice required by law and will not alter charges already paid. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse completed production or previously incurred charges. Credits have no cash value. You may transfer one available credit through MailWorthy's Invite a Friend tool; other sales or transfers are not permitted. Weekly subscription credits roll over only up to the displayed plan cap. Payments are handled securely by specialized payment providers.

5. Recipients, addresses, and QR links

Use recipient information only for legitimate personal mailings. A recipient may claim, update, pause, decline, or revoke use of an address where those controls are available. QR keepsake links may be viewed by anyone who has the postcard or link, so do not include sensitive content. You are responsible for the message and destination of every mailing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use MailWorthy for unlawful, deceptive, threatening, hateful, harassing, infringing, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content; spam or unsolicited commercial mail; malware; impersonation; or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. We may remove content, pause automations, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, providers, or the service.

7. Service partners

MailWorthy works with specialized partners for secure payments, printing, mailing, service email, connected-account features, hosting, and delivery. Their services may change or become unavailable. MailWorthy is not responsible for outages or conduct outside our reasonable control.

8. Service availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MailWorthy disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost content, missed delivery occasions, or third-party failures. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to MailWorthy during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes, termination, and questions

We may update these terms as the service evolves and will post the effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend access for violations or risk. For questions about these terms, email support@mailworthy.app.
